Wyoming, July 2009 : NOTE: I am still loading and arranging these photos. Please visit later when I've got it done.

In July Bill and I set off in the car to go to the BMW MOA International Rally (motorcycles) in Gillette, WY. Those pictures are not here; they are under "Motorcycles." These pictures are of the trip to and from Wyoming and our wanderings in Wyoming after the rally. We were out for almost a month on this trip.

Utah, 2006 : Bill and I hiked the Moab, UT area the end of November/first of December. The first day was warm and sunny with temperatures in the 50s, but then the bottom dropped out. Monday was windy and raw and Tuesday brought snow and low temperatures in the teens. Vacationing this time of the year has its advantages; no crowds, housing is easy to find without reservations, and there's no summer heat. On the way home we stopped at the Kansas Motorcycle Museum in Marquette, Kansas; see http://mrob.smugmug.com/gallery/2207224 for those photos.

The Northeast, 2005 : Bill and I traveled to the Northeast in October 2005. For the most part the weather could have been better. Our planned long hikes didn't happen because of the rain and soggy trails, so we did more sightseeing at roadside attractions and shopping.
